Russell Jackson Osbournby
A Yorkshireman originally, I settled in Lincolnshire 16 years ago to raise my family. I became a member of the Lincolnshire Independents as I believe passionately in giving local communities in Lincolnshire a voice and not what happens to be on any one political party’s agenda. I’m committed to volunteering and supporting my community. I’m the Vice-Chair of my Parish Council and I established a Digital Hub in Osbournby which supports local people with any IT issue they may have.
