I have been a district councillor representing the Hemswell Ward since 2010. I am a great supporter of grass root democracy and regularly attend my parish council meetings and parish meetings.

• Churchwarden of Corringham Church
• Chair of Charles Cooper Almshouse Trust
• Trustee of the Sickness in Relief charity in Willingham and Gainsborough which gives grants to help those blighted by sickness.
Interests: antiques, reading biographies, visiting stately homes and cathedrals, built heritage, classical music, and a follower of Vera the detective series.
Paul has contributed funding to Corringham Village Hall, to Blyborough Football Club, Glentworth towards recreational area.
