COVID-19 Support

Here to help the people of Lincolnshire

Latest guidelines and advice

It is brilliant how our communities are pulling together at this worrying time for us all. Here are some links to the support you can access locally.

Emergency, Health and Council services are continuing, with office staff working from home. Meetings are suspended except for essential decisions made remotely.

Neighbourhood support

Locally, we are setting up and supporting local voluntary groups in every village, guidelines below. The main help is to keep in touch with people in self-isolation and deliver shopping and medicines. The co-ordinator on duty accesses the local volunteers’ rota on the Whatsapp group for volunteers from that village and puts the volunteer in touch with the task. We have arrangements for direct payment with local shops.

Contact Welbourn Volunteers on 07377 219 268 if you need support or would like to help out in your neighbourhood.

Lincolnshire Resilience Forum

Public Health comes under the County Council. You can get in touch with the team via their Facebook Group, where news from the network of partners across the county are on hand to give you advice on how to respond to any local emergency. You can find the group here: Lincolshire Resilience Forum (Facebook).
